Meet some of the Amazing Professional Actors

that bring our shows to life

We have a direct casting pool of over experienced 40 actors, many of which are spotlight registered, covering our region with a supporting access of hundreds more due to our connections in the world of acting, comedy and improv theatre, below are just some of them.

Our team of actors have become family. We all have such great chemistry that we can bring you a true to life feeling of love, hate, anger and sadness.

Andy has been entertaining audiences across the country for over quarter of a century. Starting in the industry as a vocalist Andy progressed into acting on both stage and screen and has been seen on tv and films for companies like Disney and Smithsonian as well as domestic uk channels. Alongside Wife Karen, Andy runs MOD being involved in creating the shows and dealing with venues and admin along with performing in the shows.

Karen loves murder mysteries and the variety of characters she get to perform, much like the variety of shows she's worked on in the past including Joseph, Jersey Boys, Sister Act and a production for the RSC. Karen works alongside Andy in running the company writing the shows and keeping our social media running

Alex has training that includes Performing Arts (BA, Hons) at Canterbury Christ Church University; London Actor’s Workshop, having performed as part of a showcase at RADA; and an English Speaking Board qualification, accredited by LAMDA Alex has enjoyed acting on stage, TV and film, in a career spanning over 20 years. Her most memorable stage roles include, Geraldine Granger in The Vicar of Dibley, Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit and Aunt Dilly in It’s A Wonderful Life. Alex's film credits include Curse of the Witching Tree on Netflix.

Our Actors - (in alphabetical order)

Adelaide may be one of your younger actors but she has a musical theatre degree from Chichester Conservatoire and has already performed not just across the UK but also in France, Italy, Finland, USA and Russia

Amanda is an experienced multi discipline performer. Amanda is a very experienced murder mystery actor and director but is also a vocalist and a dance instructor primarily in Line dance and Zumba.

Catty has been performing since 2004, and enjoys developing characters in creative and fun ways. Often seen in stage musicals and plays, Catty played both Cassandra and Patroclus in the original play, From the Horse’s Mouth. She also performs as one half of the acoustic Foo Fighters covers duo, Reasons Only Knew

Dan has been performing for 20 years as a magician and actor, and for the last decade has also been performing as Miss Dolly Poppers, one of the leading drag artists in the south, Dan/Dolly has just been named in the 2023 international Who's Who of drag performers. As well as often being seen in our murder mysteries Dan is a regular in our "Karen's" and "Hi-De-Hi" experiences.

Gordon has been in the entertainment business for a while, first appearing on stage as a child performing comedy impressions and then learning to tread the boards in many theatre productions, as a singer/musician within a popular indie band and now as a full-time comedian/actor/host. Known for his high energy monologues, one-liners and observations. A dynamic, versatile performer, who loves immersive theatre especially taking on the many roles that are within the world of murder mysteries. Mike has been acting for close on 30 years, appearing in many farces, thrillers, comedies and Shakespeare across the southeast, playing a large variety of characters. Now doing more improv / interactive type shows, he relishes the freedom of characterisation this form of theatre can bring an actor.

Pelham returned to acting fifteen years ago after a long break, since appearing on stage in roles as diverse as Norman in the Dresser, Manningham in Gaslight, and Bertie Wooster. He performs each summer in Bury St Edmunds open air Shakespeare. He has also appeared in short films and a Mick Jagger music video, and has directed for stage and a short film. He has been performing in Murder mysteries for about five years.

Roy has been involved in the entertainment world for over 20 years. From appearing in a London musical through to parts in well known tv shows such as "call the midwife" Roy loves to be busy performing, not least as the vocalist in the band "Squeeze Gut Alley" or singing solo as "The Swingman"

Steve has been an actor for more than 25 years, working across stage and screen. He is also co-founder of the actor-led soft skills corporate training company Hendrix The Dog Productions Ltd which works across the UK and internationally. Steve happily throws himself fully into every stage and screen performance and has been involved with MOD since it's inception.

Sue has been treading the boards for over 15 years, she loves getting fully immersed in her character, she recently played a singing nun in the sound of music and loves to do choreography.

Tara is based in East Kent & has been performing for nearly 30 years as a vocalist, DJ, actor &children’s entertainer. Tara ‘earnt’ her stripes on the holiday park circuit & has worked across the UK on a variety of contracts & is qualified with LAMDA & The Royal School of Music. Acting in amateur theatre since she was 11, Tara has been working as a self employed artiste since 2011 &enjoys the variety of work and challenge of different characters. Tare is often seen in our "Karens" and Hi-De-Hi" experience performances as well as our murders.

Will's background is as an American character comedian and satirist whose work has been highly acclaimed in both the USA and Europe. Will now lives in the UK and, having performed his comedy across the country, has brought his improv skills over to perform in our murder mystery shows
