Welcome to our ticket sales page.

For most of the public shows listed on our "upcoming shows " page tickets are available directly from the venue hosting the show however for some shows we handle the ticket sales here on the MOD Tickets page

For MOD ticketing the process is simple, find the show you are looking for below and click the button to go the the ticket sales and information for that show

Please note, transactions and linked communications may show as either as Murders on Demand, as Andybigfoot Entertainment or as Andrew Parker

Please note, if only the test ticket button below is showing with no other ticket options it is because all of the shows we have coming up are either ticketed by the venue directly or are closed door private/corporate events.

MURDERS ON DEMAND – DIRECT SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: May 2026, relevant until updated, removed or replaced

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or booking an event with Murders on Demand. By completing a ticket purchase on our website or through an approved channel, you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Ticket Sales and Booking Policy

1.1 Final Sale: All public ticket sales for Murders on Demand events are final.
1.2 Statutory Exemptions: Because tickets are booked for a specific date, time, and performance, they are explicitly exempt from statutory "cooling-off" periods and cancellation rights under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1.3 No Refunds or Exchanges: Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged by the customer after purchase, as each individual show is managed as a standalone event with fixed venue, catering, and performance capacities.

2. Transaction and Handling Charges

2.1 Application of Fees: A non-refundable Transaction / Handling Charge applies to each individual ticket purchased through our online booking system. This charge is clearly displayed at the point of checkout.
2.2 Fee Purpose: This fee covers the essential administrative costs, digital ticket delivery, and merchant card processing fees incurred by Murders on Demand during the booking process.
2.3 Non-Refundable Status: Under all standard circumstances—including customer cancellation, inability to attend, or transfer of ownership—this transaction fee remains strictly non-refundable, as the digital service of processing and securing your booking has already been fully delivered.

3. Ticket Transfers and Dietary Requirement Changes

3.1 Third-Party Transfers: If you are unable to attend your scheduled show, your ticket may be fully transferred to a third party.
3.2 The 72-Hour Boundary: To transfer a ticket, you must contact Murders on Demand via email at least 72 hours before the scheduled performance. You must provide:

  • Your full name and original booking details.

  • The names of the new guests attending in your place.

  • The explicit dietary requirements or allergies of the new guests.
3.3 Late Submissions: We cannot guarantee the implementation of dietary changes or menu adjustments requested less than 72 hours prior to the show, as venue kitchens lock down ingredient orders and meal preparation ahead of time.

4. Event Cancellation or Alteration

4.1 Company/Venue Cancellations: In the highly unlikely event that Murders on Demand or the host venue must cancel a performance entirely (e.g., due to extreme weather, venue damage, or force majeure), ticket holders will be offered the choice of a rescheduled date or a full refund of the ticket's face value.
4.2 Liability Limit: Murders on Demand is not liable for any auxiliary travel, accommodation, child care, or personal expenses incurred by guests in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.
4.3 Substantial Alterations: If a venue or event date is significantly changed, you are entitled to a refund of the face value if you cannot attend the new setup. Minor itinerary or cast changes do not qualify for a refund.

5. Commercial Venue and Partnership Terms (B2B) where Murders on demand is handling ticket sales

5.1 Guaranteed Minimum Show Fee: When partnering with a venue where Murders on Demand manages the digital ticketing pipeline, our baseline show performance fee remains a guaranteed flat as agreed in the show booking contract.
5.2 Deduction from Ticket Revenue: The agreed baseline performance fee will be deducted directly from the gross ticket sales accumulated in our secure holding account before the final surplus balance is distributed to the host venue.
5.3 Shortfall Protection Clause: If total ticket sales fail to reach the agreed baseline show performance fee seven (7) days prior to the event, the host venue remains legally liable to pay the remaining shortfall balance to Murders on Demand, or the event may be mutually rescheduled at our discretion.

6. Guest Behaviour, Safety, and Conduct

6.1 Right of Refusal: Murders on Demand and the host venue reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any guest whose behaviour is deemed aggressive, abusive, overly disruptive, or heavily intoxicated. In the event of ejection, no refunds or compensation will be issued.
6.2 Performer Boundaries: Guests must maintain respectful boundaries with our performers. Touching, harassing, or physically interfering with the actors or their props is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the venue and potential legal action.
6.3 Property Damage: The ticket holder agrees to indemnify Murders on Demand and the host venue for any malicious damage caused to props, equipment, or venue property during the event.

7. Media, Photography, and Intellectual Property

7.1 Intellectual Property Protection: Flash photography and long-form video recording of the performance are strictly prohibited to protect our copyrighted scripts and formats.
7.2 Promotional Consent: By attending, you agree that Murders on Demand may take promotional photos or video footage during the event, which may feature your likeness for use on our website and social media platforms. If you wish to opt out, please notify the event team upon arrival.

7.3 Spoiler and Plot Protection: To preserve the mystery and enjoyment for future audiences, guests are strictly prohibited from publishing, broadcasting, or uploading any photographs, video clips, scripts, clues, or written descriptions online (including on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) that reveal plot twists, character secrets, clues, or the final solution to the mystery. Murders on Demand reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any online content that breaches this plot-protection rule.

8. Logistics, Age Restrictions, and Admission

8.1 Late Arrivals: Events operate on a strict theatrical and catering schedule. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, admission cannot be guaranteed if you arrive after the performance has commenced. If food service has commenced by the time of arrival missed courses may not be received. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for late arrivals or missed courses.
8.2 Age Suitability: Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific family-themed event, all Murders on Demand public shows are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over (or 14+ when accompanied by an adult, at the discretion of the host venue and at the responsibility of the accompanying adult). It is the ticket buyer’s responsibility to check age suitability before booking. Our shows may contain non-explicit adult conversations and language not suitable for children. We work with venues and if suitable and agreed between us and venue exceptions may be made on advance consultation, non arranged attendance of persons outside of this age suitability may be refused entry at the event with no refund due for any persons not able to experience the performance.

9. Liability and Severability

9.1 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Murders on Demand accepts no liability for personal injury, illness (including food allergies not communicated 72 hours in advance), or loss/damage to personal property during the event.
9.2 Severability: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a UK court, the remaining clauses will continue to apply with full legal force.
9.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

10.1 Data Capture: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to Murders on Demand securely processing your personal data (Name, Email, Phone Number, and Dietary Requirements) to safely facilitate the event.
10.2 Data Sharing: Relevant operational data (guest lists and dietary needs) will be shared securely with the venue management for catering and health and safety purposes only. All data is handled in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
