Need help with ticketing?

If you would like to host your own show but do not have access to your own online ticket sales portal this is not a problem. You are more than welcome to handle all sales manually in person at your venue however we also offer a managed ticket sales package.

We can offer an online sales ability for your show through our ticket sales page

When partnering with a venue where Murders on Demand manages the digital ticketing pipeline, our baseline show performance fee remains as agreed in the show booking contract. Assuming sales are sufficient the contracted performance fee will be deducted directly from the gross ticket sales accumulated in our secure holding account before the final surplus balance is distributed to the host venue.
Shortfall Protection Clause: If total ticket sales fail to reach the agreed baseline show performance fee seven (7) days prior to the event, the host venue remains legally liable to pay the remaining shortfall balance to Murders on Demand.

There will be no additional charge to the venue for this "facility" however we reserve the right to add a nominal amount to the ticket price either within the shown ticket price or as an additional handling fee charged to customers at time of purchase, this additional amount will not be included in the amount agreed to be sent to venues for each ticket sale. The base ticket value will be agreed with the venue not set by us and only our small additional included or separate charge will be paid by customers on top of the agreed amount.
